STAGE 4

CORRECT YOUR DYSFUNCTIONS

Your postural dysfunctions contribute to movement restrictions. These may include flatfootedness, rounded shoulders, kyphosis, a tilted pelvis, or other imbalances. In Stage 4, we will closely examine each of these potential dysfunctions using our Biofeedback™ protocol, uncover their root causes, and teach you how to correct them.

STAGE 5

ENHANCE YOUR MOBILITY

Building on the enhanced myofascial foundation from Stage 1, your fascia has now gained the elasticity needed to support a greater range of motion. In this mobility stage, we use our functional contraction-based (FC-B Mobility™) stretches designed to sustainably improve flexibility while maintaining proper biomechanics and minimizing injury risk.

We recommend a minimum of 1 hour per week, but if you prefer 10 hours or another amount, this is also possible. You won’t miss any content if there are weeks, where you are unable to access.
