No. Practitioners of the 10-Week Course consist of a mix of amateurs, professionals and athletes, that all share the same goal: to improve their biomechanics and wellbeing, while being able to move without pain and restriction.

The course is designed so you can spend as much or as little time as fitting your individual needs best. We recommend a minimum of 1 hour per week, but if you prefer 10 hours or another amount, this is also possible. You won’t miss any content if there are weeks, where you are unable to access. You are granted lifelong access after purchase, so you can do the course at your own pace and rewatch all content as much as needed.

Yes. There are no differences in how to approach the course whether you’re a man or a woman.

The online course works like an app. This means that you can access the course content on all devices, whether being your phone, tablet or computer.
