WHAT IF YOU ARE VERY SMALL OR BIG?

The bands are sold in a set of three, each with a different resistance level. They accommodate all body shapes and sizes, no matter how small or large.

CAN I APPLY THEM AS A FEMALE WITH BREASTS?

Yes, you can. You might need to adjust them to prevent discomfort in certain positions, but you’ll quickly find the right fit.

WILL IT IRRITATE MY SKIN?

Most likely not. Unlike standard synthetic rubber bands, ours are made from natural cotton, offering a healthier and more comfortable alternative.

DO I NEED MORE THAN ONE PAIR?

Some exercises can be done with one pair, while others require two pairs of the same resistance. To complete the full range of exercises, we recommend purchasing two sets.
