This 10-Week Online Course is comprehensively teaching you how you can take control over your body, so you can live a long life without pain and dysfunction. You are taught by Human Biomechanics Specialist Mads Tömörkènyi.
You will learn through a step-by-step process how to unlock your restrictions and reintegrate a new and more sustainable movement pattern, which ultimately enables you to move without pain, restriction, and injury, no matter if you’re a beginner, an athlete or a professional.

After a two-week process of releasing the tissues in the myofascia, which kept the spinal cord locked in a scoliosis, while improving the overall movement pattern of the torso, the scoliosis managed to become fully resolved.
This relieved all preexisting tension in the lumbar spine.
Before the work with MT Performance, the upper spine was locked in a kyphosis while the pelvis was locked in an anterior tilt. As a consequence, deep breathing was impossible and glutes were unable to activate.
6 months later, running pace was better, breathing got lighter, and there was no pain during movement.
After years of pain during movement caused by a lateral tilt in the torso, the shoulder tilt and winged scapula were fixed already after 4 weeks.
This resulted in an enhanced ability to move linearly as a consequence of not wasting to much mechanical energy on tilting sideways, which created a huge compensational load on the body.
The course is based on your initial test results. All members are being taught how to test themselves in the different components of performance. Ongoing testing will always keep you on the right path.

No. Practitioners of the 10-Week Course consist of a mix of amateurs, professionals and athletes, that all share the same goal: to improve their biomechanics and wellbeing, while being able to move without pain and restriction.
The course is designed so you can spend as much or as little time as fitting your individual needs best. We recommend a minimum of 1 hour per week, but if you prefer 10 hours or another amount, this is also possible. You won’t miss any content if there are weeks, where you are unable to access. You are granted lifetime access, so you can do the course at your own pace and rewatch all content as much as needed.
